The directors of HPII have over 30 years’ experience in the property market and over this time, we have seen huge changes in the amount of legislation and costs that have been introduced to the letting and rental market. As landlords ourselves we realised that there would be huge benefits to letting’s agents, landlords and tenants if all the certification was being done and organised by one company. This also means that fewer visits would need to be arranged to tenanted properties causing less disruption and potential time and money savings.

We have a huge wealth of knowledge in both residential and commercial lettings and our staff are constantly updated and trained on current and proposed changes to legislation, which ensures our certification is always up to date and of the highest of standard.

Our team is qualified to carry out inventories, check outs, legionella risk assessments, PAT testing gas safety certification, we also undertake interim inspection visits either as a one off or on a regular basis. HPII is backed up by an excellent software package which is easy to navigate and produces clear and concise reports for the agents, landlords and tenants.
